  • You want to help shape the Creator Economy 2.0, ideally you already have some experience
  • In addition to your ability to work in a team, your independence, commitment and sense of responsibility, you have initial experience in customer management.
  • You think in contexts and still have a keen eye for details
  • You are a strong communicator and confident in dealing with customers
  • You are able to react quickly and flexibly to new topics and still keep track of things
  • Fluency in English and German desirable
  • You are in active contact and exchange with our customers and are the first point of contact
  • You receive customer inquiries efficiently, analyze them and, in the best case, resolve them directly
  • You work closely with our interdisciplinary development teams, support customer requests and projects and lead them to a successful conclusion.
  • WhatsApp business is a familiar field for you
  • You strive for continuous improvement of our processes
  • You will support other departments with the expertise you have gained over time and will also be happy to hold customer training sessions as needed
  • You actively shape the further development of our software
  • Native German, good written and spoken English, any additional language is an advantage
