You receive customer inquiries efficiently, analyze them and, in the best case, resolve them directly
You work closely with our interdisciplinary development teams, support customer requests and projects and lead them to a successful conclusion.

You will support other departments with the expertise you have gained over time and will also be happy to hold customer training sessions as needed

Native German, good written and spoken English, any additional language is an advantage
